I'm glad I could help. Please zip the pngs and upload them in the User Manuals forum - you can upload up to 5 6MB files there. I will then create a manual from them and repost it in your thread (credit given where credit due and all that), though I will upload them to orbitfiles as it is quicker and more bandwidth friendly for me. If you come across any other manuals I'd be more than happy t

Quote:blubber55I followed everyone of your faqs to the very last detail but it still says 'no software manual available'. I checked the eboot id of the actual game itself, then made sure the manual id was the same when I was creating it, then I put document.dat into the same folder as the eboot. Still no luck. Does the FOLDER name under psp/games/GAMENAMEHERE have to be be the game id or can i

After reformatting the card and putting the files back on the manual worked fine. Quote:Stone Temple PilotsAnother question. What if I want to compress my EBOOT into a smaller file without losing much quality? Sorry, I can't help

Did you try my tutorial for checking/changing the manual/games id? I will check out the manual later today and make changes if needed. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. EDIT: The Japapnese version will have a different disc id. If you follow the tutorial I posted above you will be able to change the disc id for your document.dat to work with the Japanese version.

STP, I have confirmed that the document.dat does have the correct disc id of SLUS00707 and it sounds like you are extracting and putting the file in the correct location. The only thing I can think of is that your game may be a different id. Please follow step 1 of my tutorial to find out the exact disc id of your eboot.php. If it is different, step 2 will show you how to change the document.d

Paul, if you click on the Alphabetical list post, that will take you to the different manuals available. Each one has a link to a file host with that manual which you can then download. I would host them on my own server, but I have found that orbitfiles.com is actually faster and more reliable for that size of file.

Now that this website is over a month old, some of the files uploaded to the free file hosting sites may begin expiring. Often these sites will automatically delete a file if it has not been downloaded for a certain amount of time (30 days, 60 days, etc.) But fear not, I will always have a copy of each manual saved and ready to be reuploaded, even the user-submitted manuals. Simply reply to

This tutorial will walk you through changing a manual's disc id to match your game's disc id. This process has become necessary in 3.10 OE-A because you will get an error stating that there is no available manual if the two disc ids do not match. All manuals uploaded here use the standard disc id, but your game's id may not match. With this tutorial, any manual can be altered to work with any

Sorry it took me a while to get to this, I have been too busy to even upgrade my PSP to the new OE. After doing so and running some tests, it looks to me like the 3.10 OE firmware actually looks at the disc id of the game and checks it agains the manual. That was never done before, though for the manuals I created I always used the proper disc id. My guess is blt024 did not set the disc id and th
